Problem:

Application won't work after Plesk upgrade on Windows

 

Solution:

 

 

stop the NGASI service

 

Try executing the following commands from DOS prompt:

 

cacls C:\usr /T /E /R Users

cacls C:\usr /T /E /G Users:R

cacls C:\usr/ngasi /T /E /R Users

 

start the NGASI service

Restart Application Server for User(s)
