Application Server does not work after switching Domain  and/or System User

In this case you will need to re-install the Application Server.

This is because the Web Control Panel sets the Home Directory of the system user associated with

the Domain in the directory tree of the Domain's httpdocs directory. As the Application Server is

run as the system user, its location is under the system user's home directory.

So if you remove the domain, that directory is removed. Thus the Application Server is removed.
