Bind Exception

These are the steps to follow with BindExceptions:

 

1)If you edited the Application Server configuration, make sure you did not

overwrite the Ports that were assigned by NGASI AppServer Manager.

 

2)Try Restarting the Application Server. Do so by shutting down and waiting for

about a minute before starting up again.

 

3)If problem continues contact the Administrator.

 

4)If on Linux/Unix, check that there is a localhost entry in the /etc/hosts file.
