The page cannot be found

The page cannot be found (in IIS)

Problem:

After creating a Path Map (/portal/*), you browse to http://www.mydomain.com/portal, and you get the

above error. 

Solution:

In IIS, you must end the Path Map in the URL with at least a trailing slash (/) like so:

http://www.mydomain.com/portal/

NOTE: Also make sure the application server is running (ON in NGASI AppServer Manager).
